October 31st Happy Halloween🎃👻💀🕷🦇

 Happy Halloween! 🎃.  We made it folks!  Printer gremlins, internet gremlins and gremlins all around!  

I made the charming Fae Folk Silhouette SVG and Once Upon a Moonlit Night Set SVG and took a photo against some gray cardstock.  Since I wanted to add a sentiment from A Wicked Compendium of Halloween Sayings I imported the photo to Procreate and added a background layer made with a crinkle paper brush.  Then I could add my senti!🧙. October 30th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

 Only one more day to go till Halloween is here!👻  What a wild ride this one has been!  Today I had a play with a SVG by Craft with Sarah and it is a freebie on her site!  It is Halloween Witch Shadow Box!

Sunday Songs and Rhymes with Beccy's Place

That's our inspiration this go round at The Outlawz Sunday Songs & Rhymes!  I used the Dog Tales Too Digital Stamps Set by the awesome Beccy's Place!

I was inspired by the lines "If he has a dog he won't be lonely, And the doggie will have a good home!"  This beautiful sentiment is so true!  My furry pups give so much love each and everyday and never hold a grudge!  We do hope you will come join us and play along on this really fun song inspired challenge at The Outlawz Sunday Songs & Rhymes Challenge!

October 29th The 31 Days of Halloween presented by LeighSBDesigns!

The saga of the printer gremlin and my doctor's xray machine gremlin continue!  Alas, no back injection or printed images until they decide to evaporate so we roll the best way we can!💀

October 28th The 31 Days of Halloween and Ike's Art!

Tonight's project is very special to me as it features one of the wonderful and amazing Ike's Art images! 💕 I know we all have felt her absence in the Cat Lovers Blog Hop and remembered her as we always do with so much love!  The Cat Lovers Blog Hop is dedicated to our dear, sweet friend's memory and that is wonderful!

Catular is one of those images that I just can't not use each year!  I had some negative spaces from a Halloween card by Dreaming Tree and of course, I couldn't just toss it out!  So it became the striking frame for Catular's portrait!  My printer is still not cooperating so I scrawled out the name in my most unattractive handwriting!  I added red paw prints but they kinda went way wonky but that is what they are!  This is also my 28th make for The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  And the Cat Lovers Blog Hop over at Her Peaceful Garden!  I am also participating in The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

October 28th The Outlawz Festive Fridays Challenge with Sheepski Designs!

It's time for The Outlawz Festive Fridays Challenge sponsored by the fabulous Sheepski Designs!  Our themes are:  Christmas, Cute Halloween, Spooktastic Halloween and Fall!

I had the delightful opportunity to create with Christmas Stocking Image #231!  I colored the image up with Copics and highlighted some parts with a white gel pen.  I made a modified version of a spanner card and the panel with the little rabbit image pulls out to stand up.  I added some fussy cut presents from a paper pad because Santa has just flown away!  We hope to see you at The Outlawz Festive Fridays Challenge!

October 27th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

 Here we go with Day 28!  I am using a Dreaming Tree SVG freebie Mini Hat Treat Box with a spooky turn!

I took a skull wood cutout and painted it black and topped it with gold glitter paint!  Instead of centering the flower on the top of the mini hat box I put it in the skelly's hair!💀  Another one done and dusted for The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween!

Day 3 Cat Lovers Blog Hop 2022😸

Due to my printer malfunctioning big time, I created a journal page in  Procreate on my iPad!  I used these FaBOOlous freebie designs by Kate Hadfield Designs!  I love creating with her design elements!  I am entering this at the Cat Lovers Blog Hop😸!  

October 26th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns 🕷

 I am posting this super early before I go with Noel to her doctor’s appointment in Hattiesburg, about an hour away.  I had some coloring fun on the iPad and Procreate around 5 am with some awesome freebies from Kate Hadfield Designs!

I used a free coloring page with those cute little characters and bits from two free scrapbook kits!  I loved how this turned out!  With my printer on the fritz I am glad I can still participate using Procreate till I banish the gremlins!🧙.   This is off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  All the deets and linky party are here!🎃. Cat Lovers Blog Hop Day 2

I missed the party start yesterday but I am here today with a cute postcard ATC!

The faboolous kitty who has control of the broom is by Gecko Galz!  I use at least one from the set Black Cats Collage Sheet!  It just keeps going as one of my favorites each year!  I added some enamel dots and added a cheese cloth bow after layering the image on some pumpkin orange paper!

October 25th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Well, the gremlins have hobbled the printer!👿   So it was a frantic search for Halloween rubber stamps that ended with a hurray but had a few tears along the way!  This postcard has a skull from Tim Holtz (that same faboolous set I have been using!) and a skull border and barbed wire border from a company that I cannot remember the name!

Luckily my Misti stamp platform was in sight so stamping wasn't an issue!  I love my Misti!  I added some puff paint dots in black and silver and inked the edge in black!  These guys are off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also participating at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

October 24th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns 🎃

The gremlins were working overtime tonight at my house!  I had this project ready to print out and fussy cut when the printer went Halloween ballistic on me!  So never one to accept defeat except most days ending with the letter “y” 👻 I proceeded with it in Procreate!

Betsi Batleighs of the Sleeping Batleighs is all decked out for the Halloween Ball!  She’s trying to catch a few winks but is too terrified she will miss the fun!  The senti is included with the sleeping 🦇’s!  Off she flies to the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  All deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, 2022💀!

Monday Greetings Have a Magical Birthday!

Many thanks to our awesome sponsor for this challenge Oddball Art!   I had such fun playing with this image Whimsical Crowd of Unicorns & Sprites Image No. 431!

I used almost every colored pencil I own coloring up these little fellows and galz!  I had a bargain stamp pack with a butterfly so I stamped it on green paper then fussy cut the wings to add on the little blue unicorn in the front row!  I fussy cut the image and sentiments that were included in the set and inked everything with wilted violet Distress Ink.  I double stacked the top sentiment on colored cardstock before attaching!  Our greeting this time (projects are required to have a sentiment that reflects the greeting for the challenge) is "Have a Magical Birthday" with an optional twist to add wings!  We do hope to see you at The Outlawz Monday Greetings Challenge!

This is my Crescent Moon Halloween Lamp by Dreaming Tree!    I wasn't planning on going anywhere today but I did and I really rushed this one!  Also was trying to watch a movie with Noel while watching Leo do the tutorial so all mistakes are my fault not Leo's!👻

October 22nd The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Samara Shadow Faerie is casting spells from the depths of Mushroom Faerie Ring in the Furness Forest!  The power of the Shadows of a 1000 Years Spell is crackling all around!  Of course all of this magic is provided for us by LeighSBDesigns!

I printed out the ring, Samara and the spell on to cardstock I had sprayed with Distress Oxide Sprays.  I added silver puff paint, gold gel pen and a marker for her wings to the ring once printed.  Then a quick tab to hang this by and it was finished!  This will magically appear at The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

October 21st The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Tonight's tale is a cautionary tale!  Beware what bottles you toss back when they are filled in the Furness Forest! 

I draw you attention to the little guy in the front jar!  He had worked himself through all the bottles and almost all of the arsenic before he realized he might be in a pickle!  Or be a pickle...literally!

Here he sits or reclines backwards? not knowing how this could have happened!   Not to self...read all labels and look up the meaning if you do not understand one hundred percent!  He thought the elixirs might have helped him a bit but no, it didn't!  You can label all of your potions you are brewing up this Halloween with the awesome Furness Forest Apothecary Labels #2 by LeighSBDesigns!
