Day 7 The 31 Days of Halloween Haunt Hop with LeighSBDesigns!

Happy Haunt Day Seven at the 14th Annual 31 Days of Halloween Haunt Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Don't forget the SALE at LeighSBDesigns our gracious hostess for this whole month of fun!

Last year I started my This is Halloween Book using the This is Halloween Make a Book SVG Cutz Design by LeighSBDesigns 

Today I have another page to add using Fall Kitty Slimline Digi Stamp from the CAToWeen Loveleigh Kitties 2024 Halloween Collection and I used the CAToWeen Senties Set also!

Forgive the truly awful photo but my light box decided NOT to light up 👿  I colored her up with Copics and Spectrum Noir markers adding green glitter paint for her pretty eyes!   I fussy cut her out leaving a small border (I printed on a pale sort of ivory cardstock) and printed the sentiment from the Fall CAT Senties Set on the same paper as the back layer of my book page.  The book page of course came from the This is Halloween Make a Book SVG Cutz design by Leigh!  I popped the LOVEleigh kitty on foam squares.  Then I layered the sentie on some of the same papers also gluing to the background.  I added some gold and silver sequins on a dab of Distress Stickles crushed olive? to adhere them down.   The inspirations are coming in over at the 14th Annual 31 Days of Halloween Haunt Hop so go here to the Main Haunt Hop Post for the Haunted linky party! 👻

October 31st The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop with LeighSBDesigns 🎃👻☠️🦇

Can you believe this is Halloween?  Happy Halloween! 🎃  This month has simply flown by in a whirl of inspiration from you crafty lovelies!  Thanks so much for all your hard work!  My last  project for the blog hop is Grimm Batleigh from the Batleigh Bats Collection by our darling Leigh of LeighSBDesigns!

Grimm is flying over the wonderful Van Gogh Starry Night background!  This is an acrylic 6 x 8 canvas paper painted following a tutorial by  the Art Sherpa YouTube.  This tutorial had a Dr. Who Tardis? but I had something else booked for this background 💀.  Grimm Batleigh is colored with Spectrum Noir markers and topped with acrylic paints to make sure he doesn’t fade into the colorful night sky!  A few foam dots keep his body from laying flat against the canvas.  His wings were left free to flap into our hearts!  All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop Presented by LeighSBDesigns can be found here!  I am also a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, 2023 🎃

October 30th The 31 DOH with LeighSBDesigns!

Dollar Tree had these really cool plastic coffin cases and I bought one before I knew that Leigh was releasing her Slimline Coffins!  I of course wanted to play with those instead of this odd fellow!   So I wasn't really going to use this guy until time was running out on me and a quick shaker idea happened!

I just cut a copy of paper from the 31 Days of Halloween Decorative Digi Paper Pack and popped it in the bottom!  I added some orange and fun colors of confetti and closed the lid!  The sentie is from the Slimline Bat Set and I just cut the bat away so I could pop it on the top!  Foam dots helped it stand up away from the skelly!  Photo was a right pain that didn't want to and didn't cooperate!👻   All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop Presented by LeighSBDesigns can be found here!  I am also a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, 2023!

 

October 29th The 31 DOH with LeighSBDesigns!

As the season draws closer to an end, Catular loves to look at all the photos from Halloween's past!  Oddly enough they all seem to have a recurring theme! 👻

October 26th The 31 Days of Halloween Presented by LeighSBDesigns!

I am here with the BOO'S Crew as we fly into the end of our faBOOlous blog hop!

These little boozed up guys are from Oddball Art and are colored with Spectrum Noir markers!  I added the sentie with red acrylic paint.  The spooky night sky is watercolor paper with a watercolor sky and acrylic white and glow in the dark stars! October 25th The 31 DOH with LeighSBDesigns!

Why, oh why do the gremlins always strike during the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop?  I guess the answer is because they can! 👾 

Tonight back to something Leigh introduced me to years ago....domino art!  The base of this little hanging ornament is three dominoes covered with paper from the Spooky Forest Decorative Digi Paper Pack!  The image is Tangled Witch Hat from 2017 colored with Spectrum Noir markers!  I glued the dominoes to cardboard and let dry (almost!) before adding the paper and image.  Then I inked around the edges with my black Pitt Pen and glued on the ribbon!  All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop Presented by LeighSBDesigns can be found here!  I am a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, 2023!👻

October 23rd The 31 DOH with LeighSBDesigns!

My love for printing on photo paper rears its haunting head again for tonight's project! 👻

This is Vampire Balleigh Monster with one of his senties (he comes with two!) with his children of the night (better known as Cauldron of Bats that come with Ghost Balleigh Monster Set!   I am using a haunted house by Oddball Art (no longer open) colored in Procreate and printed on a paper from the Spooky Forest Decorative Digi Paper Pack!  Everything printed on glossy photo paper except the bats and sentie!  All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Presented by LeighSBDesigns can be found here!  I am also a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween! 💀

 

October 22nd The 31 Days of Halloween Presented by LeighSBDesigns!

Some totally cool creepy guys tonight in the form of the Candy Bats with two senties by LeighSBDesigns!   

I added the Candy Bats to a neat looking Pattern in Photoshop.  Once printed out I colored the bats up with Spectrum Noir markers and glued to two piece of cereal boxes!  I inked the edges with black soot Distress Ink.  I added a strip from the cereal boxes and scored at both ends to make my easel type card!  The senties were also added in Photoshop with the Candy Bats 👻  All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns can be found here!  I am also a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween!

October 21st The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!

 This card is using Conspiracy of Ravens with one of the senties by LeighSBDesigns!  I couldn't link it because I couldn't find it but I am sure Val or Leigh with tell us where to find it in the comments below! 👻

I colored the background of the image and the trees with Spectrum Noir markers and inked the sentie with Distress Ink.  I stamped the  back layer of the card with a web pattern rubber stamp by Lost Coast Designs in the same walnut stain Distress Ink.  Then some glue to put things down!  All the details and linky party for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns are here!  I am a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, too!

October 20th The 31 DOH Blog Hop!

Super quick one tonight!  Another Jack Skellington using a Faery Ink image (no longer in business I think?) and my version of the scene with the moon and hill all done in markers!  But first the Jack and Sally canvas I found then promptly lost way back in the first week of the hop!

October 16th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

I love magnets on my fridge! So what would make a super magnet for Halloween?  

An Enchanted Forest Artist Trading Coffin Digi Stamp by LeighSBDesigns,  of course! 👻  I printed this out a little smaller than ATC size after coloring it in Procreate.   I have to tell you I am addicted to printing these out on photo paper!  That shine and vibrance is just BOOtiful!  Then I cut it out and glued it to a piece of glitter cardstock and glued a small round magnet on the back.   As of the time of this photo the glue was still drying so I couldn't stick it on the fridge for the photo :(    All the details and linky party are here at the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns main page on the Inspiration Blog!  I am a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween!  Don't forget the great sale at LeighSBDesigns including the This is Halloween Collection and Poinsettia and Holly Collection for 2023!

 

October 15th The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop with LeighSBDesigns!

I hate wasting gorgeous papers like the new releases by LeighSBDesigns so when I make a wrong cut on the Cricut which I do and it's totally my fault although I do blame the Cricut occasionally 👻 ; I make another project!  

I had some Slimline Coffin Shaker Make a Card SVG cuts left in my uh oh pile so I grabbed one printed with the 31 Days of Halloween Decorative Digi Paper and one cut on purple mirror cardstock and made a decoration for my craft room!  Sorry I had to turn down this photo a lot to keep the shinies at bay but the mirror cardstock is there!   I added the amazing Gothic 31 Digi Stamp  to a paper from the This is Halloween Decorative Digi Paper Pack and created a top of my wall hanging!  All of these are from the brand new This is Halloween Collection by LeighSBDesigns!  All the details and linky party are here for the 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  I am a Crypt Keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, too!
