October 27th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

 Here we go with Day 28!  I am using a Dreaming Tree SVG freebie Mini Hat Treat Box with a spooky turn!

I took a skull wood cutout and painted it black and topped it with gold glitter paint!  Instead of centering the flower on the top of the mini hat box I put it in the skelly's hair!💀  Another one done and dusted for The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween!

October 26th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns 🕷

 I am posting this super early before I go with Noel to her doctor’s appointment in Hattiesburg, about an hour away.  I had some coloring fun on the iPad and Procreate around 5 am with some awesome freebies from Kate Hadfield Designs!

I used a free coloring page with those cute little characters and bits from two free scrapbook kits!  I loved how this turned out!  With my printer on the fritz I am glad I can still participate using Procreate till I banish the gremlins!🧙.   This is off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  All the deets and linky party are here!🎃. October 25th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Well, the gremlins have hobbled the printer!👿   So it was a frantic search for Halloween rubber stamps that ended with a hurray but had a few tears along the way!  This postcard has a skull from Tim Holtz (that same faboolous set I have been using!) and a skull border and barbed wire border from a company that I cannot remember the name!

Luckily my Misti stamp platform was in sight so stamping wasn't an issue!  I love my Misti!  I added some puff paint dots in black and silver and inked the edge in black!  These guys are off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also participating at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

October 24th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns 🎃

The gremlins were working overtime tonight at my house!  I had this project ready to print out and fussy cut when the printer went Halloween ballistic on me!  So never one to accept defeat except most days ending with the letter “y” 👻 I proceeded with it in Procreate!

This is my Crescent Moon Halloween Lamp by Dreaming Tree!    I wasn't planning on going anywhere today but I did and I really rushed this one!  Also was trying to watch a movie with Noel while watching Leo do the tutorial so all mistakes are my fault not Leo's!👻

October 22nd The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Samara Shadow Faerie is casting spells from the depths of Mushroom Faerie Ring in the Furness Forest!  The power of the Shadows of a 1000 Years Spell is crackling all around!  Of course all of this magic is provided for us by LeighSBDesigns!

I printed out the ring, Samara and the spell on to cardstock I had sprayed with Distress Oxide Sprays.  I added silver puff paint, gold gel pen and a marker for her wings to the ring once printed.  Then a quick tab to hang this by and it was finished!  This will magically appear at The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

October 21st The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Tonight's tale is a cautionary tale!  Beware what bottles you toss back when they are filled in the Furness Forest! 

I draw you attention to the little guy in the front jar!  He had worked himself through all the bottles and almost all of the arsenic before he realized he might be in a pickle!  Or be a pickle...literally!

Here he sits or reclines backwards? not knowing how this could have happened!   Not to self...read all labels and look up the meaning if you do not understand one hundred percent!  He thought the elixirs might have helped him a bit but no, it didn't!  You can label all of your potions you are brewing up this Halloween with the awesome Furness Forest Apothecary Labels #2 by LeighSBDesigns!

This treat holder is freebie from Craft with Sarah for Halloween Craft Countdown that ended today!

October 18th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

Super quickie tonight!  Doctor approved the injection and gave me a steroid shot to try to hold me until they get it set up so all's good on that front!  I started two cards this morning knowing I wouldn't be feeling too chipper tonight!

These two stamps and sentiments I usually use every 31 DOH if they aren't lost!👻  They are from a set by Tim Holtz from many years past!  I used some digital papers by Jo Kavanagh Designs Etsy adding some washi tape for sparkle and some puff dots in silver and black!  I added some bits of color with Copics and a white colored pencil and off we go!  I am adding this to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

 

October 17th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

About 30 minutes into a fresh pan of paint in the kitchen and the back gremlin dug in again!  So early night and off to set up an injection by limping to the doctor and him telling me yup need another shot!  Come back whenever we can work you in for it! What's a body to do?  Nuff whining and onto some witching!

Using Gecko Galz freebies from the monthly ATC Challenge, I thought this one fit us all a bit this month!  The background is Witch Wisdom ATC Set and the witchy poo is on the witches freebie sheet!  I inked with Distress Ink carved pumpkin and added enamel dots from Altenew!  She is stirring this one off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  I am also a crypt keeper at the Countdown to Halloween, 2022!

Tonight's lapel fold card was inspired by Iced Images YouTube and followed along semi-closely with a few hiccups 👻!  The star of the show is Grimm Batleigh from the Batleighs Set if 3 Bats and one senti by LeighSBDesigns!

October 15th The 31 Days of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns 🎃

 Almost halfway through which is good and bad!  It means we’re getting there but it also means another 31 Days of Halloween will be over!  I do miss it when we wrap up…tired but still miss it!👻. 

I used a background by Gecko Galz which is free on HERE and is called Witch Wisdom ATC Set!   The creeptastic image is No Rest for the Wicked by LeighSBDesigns!  I used the png version colored and added in Procreate🧙   I always forget to do ATC’s and thanks to Susan’s linky to Gecko Galz and their monthly ATC challenge I was reminded to make some!  This goes to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party here! 🥳. October 13th The 31 Days of Halloween of Halloween with LeighSBDesigns!

The 13th of October!  Boo!👻   My surprise or terror came when my Cricut didn't score the lines on my z-fold card but rather cuts!  User error but still EEK!  I had somehow not gotten the faBOOlous 3D Mushroom Hillside Z Fold Card SVG by the spooktacular LeighSBDesigns!

I added Salem from the Black Cats Set of 3 Cats and 2 Senties Set to my rescued z fold card!  I couldn't bear to not use it!  I inked the edges of Salem and the senti with carved pumpkin Distress Ink and the card with Distress Oxide Ink.  Some glitter and mirror papers added to the mushrooms gave Salem a spooky play yard!  This is purring off to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here!  Check out Leigh's Etsy BOOtique sale!

October 11th The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop 🦇

 How busy are we all right now?  But the show must go on!  Tonight I have a Tootsie Pop holder called Bat Pop SVG by Dreaming Tree!  I asked Noah to pick me up some Tootsie Pops and he looked so baffled I thought I had sprung wings or something!  After a lengthy discussion on whether or not they still existed I convinced him to try to grab me one or some!   He delivered it as if he was holding a unicorn and still declared that they hadn't made them in years! 😂

I inked the edges with white ink and added some glitter cardstock behind the top bat body layer.  The paper was just for a photo background but I thought it was a cool sentiment!  This one flaps his wings to The 31 Days of Halloween Blog Hop presented by LeighSBDesigns!  Deets and linky party are here! 🎃 I am also a crypt keeper at The Countdown to Halloween, 2022!
