Today is the birthday of LeighSBDesigns! Leigh's Challenge #4 is all about Celebrations! I am rocking the birthday of LeighSBDesigns with a cute Birthday Cupcake by Leigh!
This is a center pop-up step card (tutorial from
Iced Images YouTube) and I used lots of papers from a party paper pad I have and some glue! The cupcake is colored with Copics and I took some liberties with the inside opening size in order to fit my cupcake. This will be my second entry in
