Top o' the morning to you! It's time to play with All That Glitters is Green And Gold!

I colored him up with Copics and then used washable gold glitter paint on top of the shamrocks! I added some touches of gold gel pen on the hat and Hootie! I made the senti in Photoshop. This was going to be a tag from the start and once again my paper punch went off larking about! So it is a tag/note now.....we crafters always roll with the punches!
